1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. Definitions
Software means CCTech's PowerPoint Connector: the 3D Design Exchange add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint and the 3D Design Exchange Connector app for Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).
User means any individual or entity using the Software.
CCTech means Centre for Computational Technologies Private Limited.
3. License Grant
CCTech grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for the term of the subscription or trial obtained through the Autodesk App Store.
4. Permitted Use
Use the Software only for lawful engineering, design and presentation workflows with supported versions of Microsoft PowerPoint and Autodesk Forma, and only with data you are permitted to access.
5. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or circumvent security mechanisms except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Autodesk Account and Data
The Software uses three-legged authentication to read models and data exchanges from your Autodesk Forma account with your permission. Access to your projects remains subject to your Autodesk account, licences and folder permissions, and to Autodesk's own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the property of CCTech and its licensors. Your design data remains yours.
8. Third-Party Components
The Software may include third-party software subject to separate license terms.
9. Privacy
Use of the Software is governed by the CCTech Privacy Notice.
10. Support
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CCTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
13. Termination
CCTech may terminate this license upon breach. You must cease use and uninstall the Software.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
