Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Definitions

Software means CCTech's Autonomous HVAC CFD Connector: the Autonomous HVAC CFD Connector add-in for Autodesk Revit and the AHC Connect app for Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Autonomous HVAC CFD means CCTech's cloud HVAC design and simulation application on simulationHub, into which the Software brings your designs.

User means any individual or entity using the Software.

CCTech means Centre for Computational Technologies Private Limited.

3. License Grant

CCTech grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software, free of charge, as made available through the Autodesk App Store.

4. Permitted Use

Use the Software only for lawful engineering and design workflows with supported versions of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Forma and Autonomous HVAC CFD, and only with data you are permitted to access.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or circumvent security mechanisms except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Autodesk Account and Data

AHC Connect uses three-legged authentication to read project information, such as geometry, materials and metadata, from your Autodesk Forma account with your permission. Access to your projects remains subject to your Autodesk account, licences and permissions, and to Autodesk's own terms.

7. Autonomous HVAC CFD

The Software brings designs into Autonomous HVAC CFD. Your use of Autonomous HVAC CFD, including any trial or paid plan, is governed by the Autonomous HVAC CFD terms and conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the property of CCTech and its licensors. Your design data remains yours.

9. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party software subject to separate license terms.

10. Privacy

Use of the Software is governed by the CCTech Privacy Notice.

11. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

14. Termination

CCTech may terminate this license upon breach. You must cease use and uninstall the Software.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
