Use Case
CCTech has been brought on board by a multi-project infrastructure program for BIM consultation. The organization needed to standardize BIM workflows for both the design and execution teams. With the help of structured processes and governance, the organization achieved better coordination, less rework, and timely project delivery. We developed a tailored BIM Execution Plan (BEP), defined role-based responsibilities, and data naming conventions to roll out project information consistently across design, construction, and review teams. As a result, the program reported a measurable reduction in coordination conflicts during construction, along with improved model quality and faster review cycles.
