CCTech Data Exchange Connector for Creo (Beta)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Definitions

Software means the CCTech Data Exchange Connector for Creo (Beta).

User means any individual or entity using the Software.

CCTech means CCTech.

3. Beta Program

The Software is provided as a beta release for evaluation and testing only and may contain defects or incomplete functionality.

4. License Grant

CCTech grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for evaluation purposes.

5. Permitted Use

Use the Software only for lawful engineering and design workflows with supported versions of PTC Creo and Autodesk Data Exchange.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or circumvent security mechanisms except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the property of CCTech and its licensors.

8. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party software subject to separate license terms. Please refer to the accompanying Third-Party Notices document.

9. Privacy

Use of the Software is governed by the CCTech Privacy Policy.

10. Support

Beta support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

CCTech may terminate this license upon breach. You must cease use and uninstall the Software.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
