Part Modeling Group, SolidWorks, India Sandip has mainly worked on feature base solid modeler development using Parasolid B-Rep geometric kernel. He worked on most of the advanced and complex features such as shell, surface extend and surface knitting. He gained immense knowledge about CAD product architecture and software development at SolidWorks. Sandip has also delivered a series of lectures on geometry fundaments at development centre, SolidWorks, Pune.

Group Leader, IITZeus Group, IIT Bombay, India Sandip has played a vital role in transforming IITZeus group, IIT Bombay from research group to commercial entity. He became the co-founder of Zeus Numerix Pvt Ltd, Technology Incubator of IIT Bombay. He led the IITZeus group in various national and international events and forums. He managed development in the area of geometry and grid generation. Sandip made significant contribution to IITZeus product development, simultaneously working with various mission critical consultancy projects

Sandip has worked on various consultancy projects from industry and research organization such as General Motors, Detroit, USA, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), India, Naval Scientific and Technological Laboratory, India and D.R.D.O, India.

Sandip won the National Award for Mechanical Engineering Design during undergraduate studies. He was the specialization topper during his M.Tech studies at IIT Bombay

Sandip has delivered numerous talks and conducted workshops at BARC, CDAC, NSTL, ISRO, NAL and other R&D organizations on CFD research topics. He is the author of 5 national/ international publications
